I don't normally review fast food spots but because of all the bad reviews here, I decided to add my positive one. Last weekend, the Mr and I were really craving some of KFC's hot wings so we decided to hop in the car and drive thru to pick some up. The first thing we were told was that they would take about 10 minutes because they cook them to order. No complaints here...at least I knew they would be fresh. Once we got to the window, we were greeted by a very friendly young man who couldn't have been more helpful. He even offered us a drink since we had to wait. He asked if we would like any sauce with our wings and believe it or not, the sauce was delivered with the wings 10 minutes later. Most establishments forget in the few seconds it takes them to grab the bag and hand it to you. In addition to the great service, our wings were still piping hot when we got home. That's what I call service!

I had to download this app, just to hopefully gain the attention of management. No way is this location profitable because it totally misses the mark. I pulled in the parking lot and an employee was outside sitting on his trunk smoking and talking on his phone. No big deal, maybe he is on break or off. So I walk in, I am greeted by the calling out of "3 CHICKEN TENDER MEAL!!!!!" Mind you, there is only one other person in the establishment. I proceed to place my order. Grabbed my cup, went to fill up, drink station is a mess. Looked for a lid, all out of medium. No big deal. Went to look for a place to sit, I kid you not, not a single clean table. And the floor, my word! How could you be this negligent. This doesn't happen in an hour or two. I literally asked myself, "did they forget to clean last night?" Another quick note, music isn't playing. Maybe I'm the only one, but it bothers me. And just sprinkle this in, I over heard an employee saying they were out of something. Just gives validity to the other reviews. Management, please, for profitability and for the love of the community, get it right. Please.

It has been over a year since I stopped at this KFC and I had a lousy dinner tonight. Driving through around 7 p.m. on a Sunday when the place was busy, I was very surprised to get two extremely dried-out pieces of chicken that seemed like they'd been around for eight days. One piece had a very odd flavor which I couldn't identify. They are still charging the customer a .39 fee for all card transactions; I was told this applies to both debit and credit cards. Given the poor quality of the meal I had tonight, I doubt I will be going there again. Knocking my former two-star review down to one, and saying goodbye to KFC.

Where is Col Sanders when you need him. The KFC company is lacking (QSC) Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This place need HELP from the customer service, lack of management and the food. Not only do you charge the highest prices for their products but today your product was dry and overcooked. KFC go back to square one for running a business and customer service. Please train your employee's to serve quality food. I'm sorry but KFC move over for other chicken places especially behind your location at least their chicken is always fresh, not overcooked, and price better.

I have given this KFC my last dollar..the counter/drive thru people are rude. Don't know their menu, twice I have been given warm soda with no ice, the lemonade is watered down to be almost tasteless, It is almost like this location is trying to fail.

Ok so this is not supposed to be gormet dining BUT this is one of the worst KFCs that I have ever been to. They charge you 39 cents just to use a debit or credit card. That is where the rip off begins. There was only 1 other person in the place eating and the place was filthy. Get my extra crispy tenders that actually turned out to be extra soggy yuck! To top it off they were out of honey for their rock hard biscuits. KFC sure isn't what it was years ago. Will never return to this one on Combs.

Twice I've ordered original chicken and got extra crispy can't even get that right will not go there again even though it's way closer.

Went thru the drive thru at dinnertime. Was fast and efficient. Dallas assisted me by making a suggestion when I asked a question on which "Go Cup" I should order. I went with his suggestion and went with the 2 chicken strips and wedges. Excellent value for $2.99 . Will definitely be back.

All I wanted was some grilled chicken after my workout. Was told they were out and only had wings. I was also not impressed with the service at the drive thru.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received an inedible sandwich (dark meat chunks, fatty). Tried to register a complaint with store but they wouldn't answer their phone and apparently have no voicemail. Tried website, twitter and facebook. No one has taken the situation seriously and they keep passing the buck. Not impressed from top to bottom. Not the only bad experience by any means but definitely the worst. Food often tastes like it's been sitting out a while under the heat lamps. Below average compared to other KFC's.

While the food is fine and typical of all KFC's the service here is really slow and in the drive-thru they wont ask anyone to pull up so if a large order is in front of you plan on being there 20min.

  • Joe G.

Service was good, fries and cole slaw fine. However, I have not eaten at KFC for many years. I could not deal with the super greasy chicken. I tried it again. Gross! Even the Extra crispy was soggy with grease. If you don't want to fry chicken yourself and only have time for fast food...Popeyes is the only option.

I have been to this store several times over the last year. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. The kids working there are always polite and respectful. The food is great, as I have come to expect from KFC. The store is very clean. I have never spent more than 5 minutes waiting for an order. I wrote this review because I don't think the store lives down to the poor reviews it has received in the past. Bravo to those kids who are starting out with a great work ethic.

This was a drive though trip but I am going to just go by that, I ordered the chicken strips conbo and they got one of my sauces wrong and didnt add any honey or butter in the bag for the biscut. The chicken was tasty but missing the few extras I asked for takes this place down below average, it was a small order and was too much to get correct. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the lot.

  • Brock E.

Hit or miss here. Either staffed well, or you're waiting 15 minutes. Friendly staff for the most part, but there are a few angry teens working on occasion. All in all its not bad.

Just a normal what to expect KFC. Our orders have always been correct drive through or eat in. To me it tastes like every other KFC. 4 stars because service could be a little faster.
